About a month ago I posted information about a 30 day filming challenge that I was taking and asked you all to join me. I’m still plugging away, but shooting video daily has been tough. I haven’t given up, but I’ve been thinking that I would really like to continue shooting video snippets through the summer. The winter months here are so drab, dreary and frankly pretty uninspiring. My question for you is this . . .
Would you be interested in a 12 Weeks of Summer Video edition?
Keep in mind that I am still learning, but I would love to share what I know so far and hopefully learn from all of you too. I’m thinking we would start the first week of June with mini- challenges that would address some aspect of shooting and/or editing video. I would like to make the lessons applicable to video shot with just about any device . . . smartphone, point + shoot camera, iPad or DSLR. There are also ways to edit video for under $5 on an iPad or smartphone not to mention MovieMaker and iMovie if you are using pc/Mac.
If you are interested, leave a comment here or on the 12 Weeks of Summer Facebook page. If enough people want to join I’ll start working on the challenges now so that they are ready for summer!
